Stewart has over 30 years’ experience as a social worker. He has worked in child protection, both in Canada and in South Australia.
Over his career he has worked extensively in Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) and throughout Australia in the family law arena as a Family Consultant.
Stewart has experience in working with complex families as well as with individuals, couple counselling while in private practice and more recently was a Senior Counsellor within Relationships
Australia. He is a strong advocate for coordination of services and believes that families do not operate in isolation.
Stewart is passionate about working in a professional respectful manner in order to assist in bringing about positive outcomes for children and families. He is familiar in working migrant families and indigenous communities.
